At ProxyMint, we aim to offer a fair and transparent refund policy for all our products and services. While we strive to deliver the best service possible, we understand that issues may arise. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted. Please review the following terms carefully.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  1. Payment Method:
    • Credit/Debit Card and Alipay: Refunds can only be processed in cases where the account is being closed. If Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required and has not been completed, no refund will be issued, even if the account is closed.
    • Cryptocurrency: Refunds for cryptocurrency payments are subject to the account being closed. As with card payments, if KYC verification is pending or incomplete, no funds will be returned. Cryptocurrency refunds will be processed within 3 calendar days of the refund request.
  2. Failure to Deliver Services:
    • If ProxyMint fails to deliver the purchased services, you are entitled to a 100% refund. This applies to instances where the service has not been provided at all, excluding cases of partial or used services.
  3. Usage-Based Refunds:
    • For bandwidth-limited proxies, a full refund may be requested if no more than 20% of the bandwidth (or 1 GB, whichever is reached first) has been used, based on the original purchase.
    • For time-limited proxies, you are eligible for a refund if the service is active and you make the request within 3 days of the original purchase. Beyond this period, refunds will not be offered as usage implies that the service has been delivered as expected.
  4. Auto-Renewals:
    • Refund requests for auto-renewed services must be submitted within 24 hours of the renewal date. Refunds for auto-renewed proxies will not be available after this timeframe.
  5. Technical Competency:
    • ProxyMint is not liable for a user’s inability to use the service due to lack of technical expertise. We do not provide refunds in cases where clients, developers, or third parties cannot correctly operate the services, nor do we offer education on service usage.

2. Ineligible Refund Requests

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • Platform Abuse: Any refund requests related to accounts found in violation of our Terms of Service or for misuse of the platform will be denied.
  • Certain Websites or Activities: Refunds will not be offered for proxies used on platforms such as survey sites, gambling, dating websites, or in cases where social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, TikTok) are blocked, in accordance with our Appropriate Use Policy.
  • Free Trials and Enterprise Plans: If a service was obtained using a free trial or falls under an Enterprise plan, refunds will not be granted.

3. Refund Processing

To request a refund, you must contact ProxyMint’s support team at [support@proxymint.com]. Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds generally take up to 5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Discretionary Decisions

ProxyMint reserves the right to evaluate all refund requests on a case-by-case basis. We maintain the right to deny refunds if we determine that the conditions for a refund are not met, particularly in cases of suspected misuse or fraudulent activity. We may modify this policy at any time, with or without prior notice.

5. Updates to This Refund Policy

This Refund Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. ProxyMint reserves the right to modify or update this policy without notice. Users are encouraged to review this policy regularly to stay informed about any changes.
