How pricing works.

Each product bills in one unit, and the rate drops at every volume band. Founding members hold a further 5% for the life of the account. Rates for every band go to waitlist members with their invite, before checkout opens. Join the waitlist.

What you actually pay

Card payments carry the card network's processing fee. Checkout shows the full amount before you pay, and the amount you see is the amount you are charged. No setup fee, no markup on top.

Monthly products renew monthly. A 3 or 12 month term is billed in full at the start of the term. New purchases carry a 7-day money-back guarantee.

Fair use

Per-GB products are exactly that: you buy an amount of data and use it. There is no hidden throttle and no per-request cap.

Per-IP and per-port products are sold per unit, not per request, and carry no bandwidth cap under normal use. What we do reserve is the right to act on traffic that threatens the pool or another customer - sustained abuse that harms the network, or anything in the acceptable use section of the Terms. If we ever need to apply a numeric limit to a plan, it gets published here before it applies to you.
