The deal, in plain terms.

Short version: use proxymint for lawful work, pay for what you use, and we enforce the rules below and keep the pricing straight. The detail is below.

These terms are between you and proxymint ("we"). Using the service means you accept them. Last updated 3 October 2026.

The service

proxymint routes traffic across mobile, residential, ISP, datacenter, and web-scraper networks through one dashboard.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract. You may not use proxymint if you are on a US sanctions or denied-party list, or in a jurisdiction US sanctions prohibit. By using it, you confirm none of that applies to you.

Your account and verification

Give accurate registration and billing details. We may verify your identity before or at any time - one verified identity per account. Keep your credentials and API keys safe; you are responsible for everything done under them. One person or company per account, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

You are responsible for your traffic

You are responsible for all traffic you route through proxymint and all content you access with it - and for knowing which laws apply. You represent that you have the rights, consents, and lawful basis for the data you collect and the traffic you route. Collect public data only. Don't get behind logins, paywalls, or DRM you have no right to, don't defeat a site's access controls or rate limits where the law requires you to respect them, and don't collect sensitive personal data without a lawful basis.

Acceptable use

You may not use proxymint to:

  • break any law, or help anyone else do so;
  • handle child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or terrorist and violent-extremist content;
  • commit fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or identity theft;
  • attack systems - DoS/DDoS, port scanning, credential stuffing, or unauthorized access to accounts or systems;
  • distribute malware - viruses, worms, trojans, spyware, ransomware;
  • intercept other people's communications;
  • send spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
  • generate fake ad traffic or click fraud, fake accounts, fake reviews, or fake engagement;
  • run ticket or inventory scalping bots;
  • surveil or stalk identifiable people except as the law allows;
  • resell or redistribute the service without our written approval.

Your use is also subject to the acceptable-use requirements of the networks that carry the traffic, which we may pass through and enforce. We may block high-risk categories (such as adult or government targets), and act on anything we reasonably judge to be abusive, at our discretion. We act on abuse quickly - that is how the network stays usable for the customers who play by these rules.

Billing and refunds

Prices are shown at checkout, before you pay. You pay the price shown there for your plan, plus the payment processing fee shown on the same screen. Monthly plans renew monthly. A 3 or 12 month term is billed in full at the start of the term.

New purchases carry a 7 day money-back guarantee. Ask inside 7 days and we refund in full, unless you have already used more than 10% of the data you bought, or 1 GB, whichever is larger. Per-IP products refund in full if returned inside 7 days. After 7 days, fees are non-refundable. The guarantee covers a first purchase, once per account, and does not apply to renewals of an existing plan. There are no refunds when we suspend or close an account for breaking these terms.

Separately, we refund or credit the affected usage if a pool degrades. That means the product you bought fails against what its product page and checkout say you are buying (for example the country, protocol, or session type), and the failure is measured and sustained, not one blocked request or one site refusing an IP. Report it to support during the term you paid for, with the product, the times, and what failed, so we can check it on our side. Once we confirm it, we refund or credit within 24 hours. Failures caused by your own setup, or by use that breaks these terms, are not covered.

Fair use

Where a plan is sold as unlimited or per-proxy, we may apply reasonable limits to keep the network healthy. We publish them on the pricing page - no hidden throttles.

Suspension and termination

You can close your account anytime. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms, don't pay, fail a sanctions or denied-party check, or put the service or others at risk - immediately and without notice where the risk requires it. We'll tell you why when we do. No refund on a termination for breach.

Abuse reporting

Something misused on the network? Write to [email protected]. We act on credible reports.

Law enforcement

Where we have a reasonable basis to believe the service is being used for serious criminal activity, we reserve the right to suspend access and to report the matter - including relevant account and usage information - to the appropriate authorities. We cooperate with valid, properly directed requests from law enforcement, domestic and foreign.

Availability

We aim for high uptime and announce planned maintenance ahead of time. When the service goes down, we tell you what happened. If the product you bought fails against what you paid for, "Billing and refunds" above covers when you get a refund or credit.

Force majeure

We're not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control - including outages of the networks that carry the traffic, internet backbone failures, or government action.

Disclaimers

The service and everything provided through it - including proxy IPs and any data you obtain - are provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranties express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that any proxy IP will be available, clean, un-blocked, or suitable for your purpose.

Liability

If something goes wrong, our total liability to you for any claim is capped at whichever is greater: the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, or USD 100. We're not on the hook for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing here removes rights the law won't let you sign away.

Indemnification

You cover us against claims, losses, and costs that arise from your use of the service - including your traffic, the data you collect, any breach of these terms, and any claim that your use infringed someone's intellectual property or broke a data-protection or privacy law.

What's yours, what's ours

Your data stays yours. The platform, brand, and code stay ours. Don't copy, resell, or rebrand the service as your own.

Export controls and sanctions

You will comply with US export controls and sanctions law, and you confirm you are not a sanctioned or denied party and will not use the service on behalf of one.

Changes

When these terms change, we post the new version here and update the date. For material changes we also email account holders. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where proxymint's operating company is registered, and any dispute goes to the courts there - except for rights you keep under the mandatory law of your own country.

General

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stands. Not enforcing a term once doesn't waive it. These terms are the whole agreement between us. We may assign them (for example, in a sale of the business); you may not without our consent. Disclaimers, Liability, Indemnification, and What's yours, what's ours survive termination.
